Changes in DUI Penalties.
The First Offender Level II penalties requirements were to complete a six month program. The CA State Legislature has approved a change effective Jan 01, 2006 to a nine month program. Level II programs include anyone with a BAC at 2.0 or above, involved in an accident, or any other determination by the DMV.
