Mrs. Sanchez holds a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics from the University of Arizona at Tucson. Prior to her current position as Assistant Executive Director for Hase & Associates Systems, Inc., she was the Administrative Assistant and Human Resources Coordinator.  

     In addition, Mrs. Sanchez was a Department Manager for  J.C.
Penney Co., both in Tucson and Phoenix, Arizona, for 32 years.
Her areas of expertise include employee training, sales and estimates, advertisement, and career modeling. 

     Mrs. Sanchez was also involved with the Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA) to improve educational and career opportunities in marketing,  management, and entrepreneurship for high school and college students by working with the business community to integrate academic achievement with career and technical skills. Mrs. Sanchez is fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
