Meet Our Executive Officers

Mr. Sanchez is a Vietnam Era Veteran who served with honor and distinction in the United States Marine Corp. He served as a military policeman and later as a corrections officer, working with a large percentage of confinees that suffered from substance abuse nd emotional issues.
Currently, he is the Executive Director of Hase & Associates Systems, Inc. —an agency that has served the greater San Bernardino area for 28 years by providing chemical dependency counseling, prevention, and education.
Mr. Sanchez has overseen the operations of the DUI Program, outpatient Chemical Dependency Program, and the Community Prevention Program since 1998.
Under Mr. Sanchez leadership, Hase & Associates Systems, Inc. has received various awards and recognitions for its commitment and contributions to the community:
the 1998 Pioneer Award from the San Bernardino
Unified School District for its work with San Bernardino’s youth
concerning substance abuse prevention and education;
a 2001 Recognition from the San Bernardino County
Prevention Program Coordinators for expanding the agency’s
prevention and education program to include the community
and homeless shelters;
a 2004 Certificate of Commendation from the Mayor of
San Bernardino for providing alternative and positive activities
for the youth, including a mural project in the Rudy Hernandez
Community Youth Center.
Mr. Sanchez has been recently recognized by the Republican Business Council, which named him San Bernardino’s Business Man of the Year.
