 Hase & Associates Systems, Inc. (HASI) offers DUI programs to both
first time and multiple offenders who have been ordered by the court
and/or mandated by the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). A
certified DUI counselor will be happy to assist you with the intake
processes by answering all of your questions regarding program fees,
length of program, regulations, as well as assist you with scheduling of
group hours. The objective of HASI DUI program is to: (1) reduce the
number of repeat DUI offenses by persons who complete a state-licensed DUI
program; and (2) provide participants an opportunity to address problems
related to the use of alcohol and/or other drugs.
HASI works closely with the criminal justice system and is licensed by the
California State Department of Alcohol and Drugs to provide DUI counseling
and education programs. Hase & Associates Systems, Inc. is not
authorized to reinstate your drivers’ license. Reinstatement must be
done through the DMV.
Certificates of enrollment and certificates of
completion will be issued to you only when you have fulfilled the State of
California DUI program requirements. Enrollments are made by appointment.
Walk-ins are welcome, however, enrollments can be taken only when openings
in the business calendar permit.

Mandatory documents you must bring with you to enroll:
- Court document stating the date in which you are to enroll and type of
program you are required to attend.
- Current Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) printout that shows
proof of violation date.
- Original Citation
DUI programs require a down payment at the time of intake. Payment
plans are available (cash or money order only).
